Fashion:
I am here for the controversy surrounding the infamous kitten heel. I am team kitten heel. This may be surprising to some because the kitten heel is not typically associated with anything savage or diva lol But in all honesty, a true Savage Diva can make a potato sack look good. It’s all about how you wear it. Plus, all Divas should be able to wear heels: the arthritis Diva, the bad foot arch Diva, the previous sports injury Diva, the seasoned Diva, the tall Diva, and most importantly the I don‘t give a crap what you deem “cool” , I’m wearing what I like regardless Diva!
Beauty:
Healthy skin is the foundation for a Savage Diva glow. Routine skin care is a non negotiable. Look for products that moisturize, brighten, improve skin texture, and restore the skin’s natural collagen. Your skin regimen should contain vitamin C to brighten the skin, reduce sun spots and minor imperfections; vitamin B 12 to improve skin texture; hyaluronic acid to add moisture to deeper skin layers; and a moisturizer containing SPF 30 sun screen, You should take a daily multivitamin, a hydrolyzed collagen supplement, and drink at least 64 oz of water daily. Remember, before you don one speck of makeup, the skin’s natural foundation needs to be solid.
Wellness:
Ensuring you body is eliminating toxins is key to overall health. How does my body eliminate toxins? By pooping regularly!. Yes I said it. Having daily BMs helps your body eliminate toxins and absorb much needed nutrients and minerals properly. All Savage Divas should be on a daily fiber supplementation and maintain adequate daily hydration to accomplish this. I recommend Benefiber 1-3 times daily, in addition to increasing your dietary fiber intake. You should get in about 25-30 grams of fiber daily (my male Savage Divas will need to aim for the 30 gram target). Fiber not only aids in eliminating toxins from your body by keeping you regular, but it also helps reduce cholesterol and blood sugars.
*Be advised, fiber is not a replacement for cholesterol and blood sugar medications prescribed by your healthcare provider. So take your meds as prescribed because that’s Savage, Diva.
I am not mad at it.
